Subject Guide Law - Case law

Case law

This Libguide is intended to assist students and researchers in searching and finding case law. Where sources are available online, a direct working link is included. Access to paid sources requires a VUnet ID.

When physical sources are involved (books, journals, etc.) a link to the record in the catalog is included. From there, the user can reserve and/or borrow the book. An activated membership is required to borrow titles from the University Library.

This guide lists the main sources of case law for each area of law. It varies per source whether the case law is annotated. For each area of law, tabs have been used to distinguish the type of source (databases, journals and books).
